SmartRewards and SuperRewards is a system of rewarding SmartCash holders, to which is allocated 89% of the block reward. To receive the rewards, users need to activate their address (in any type of wallet) by simply sending the full amount twice to the same address. To get SmartRewards, the user should have a minimum of 1000 SMART on an address, and for SuperRewards, a minimum of 100k SMART. SuperRewards has a higher yearly yield and users can earn even more.
Users will need to activate each address to start getting SmartRewards or SuperRewards, but the process is simple and fast.
Reward percentage depends on how long users hold their coins at the address. Users will be able to get the maximum yearly yield if they hold the coins for 4 weeks or more. SuperRewards has a higher yearly yield. The final rate depends on how many addresses participate and qualify for the reward. Rewards are paid on a weekly basis.
